Anonymous I usually have to be forced into my little space? But I want to find out of there are other ways that can help me going into headspace without having to get pow pows all the time
That’s something that is individual to each person. For me being talked to like a baby and getting diapered helps. Having my nose booped is a big trigger for me though (trigger in the sense of sending me into little space. So a good one not a bad one:)
